MapleStory Now Supports DirectX 11

With the v.260 update, MapleStory now supports DirectX 11 to provide a more enjoyable gameplay experience.

Please note that support for DirectX 9 will end with this update. To continue playing without issues, make sure your system is updated to DirectX 11 or higher.

Troubleshooting

If MapleStory doesn't launch or you encounter a DirectX-related error after the update:

1. Check your current DirectX version:

   • Press Windows Key + R, type dxdiag, and press Enter.

   • In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, check the DirectX Version at the bottom of the window.

2. Update DirectX if necessary:

   • Visit the official Microsoft website to download and install the latest version of DirectX.

3. Once updated, restart your computer and try launching MapleStory again.
