What do I do if I receive Error Code 002-400-0005 after failing to complete an NX purchase?

You may receive error code 002-400-0005 while attempting an NX purchase if you have a live internet proxy or VPN active at the time of purchase. If you are purchasing NX with an internet proxy or VPN enabled, please disable it and wait at least 1 hour before making another purchase.  

If you do not have an active proxy or VPN program and receive error code 000-400-0005, please submit a ticket with a screenshot of the error message and the full reference number.
