Screenshots can be taken in MapleStory using the built-in Screen Shot key. This key can be assigned to your preferred keybinding through the Custom Key Bindings window.
Default Key: Scroll Lock
Screen shots are automatically saved as a JPG file in the folder where MapleStory is installed. Default installation folder:
- - Nexon Launcher: C:\Nexon\Library\maplestory\appdata
- - Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MapleStory
Alternatively, take a screenshot using the built-in screenshot tool for your operating system:
- - Windows: Window + Shift + S
- - macOS: Command + Shift + 4
Attach Screenshot to a Ticket
- From the Submit a Request form, go to the Attachments section.
- Drag your file to the dropzone or click Add File to browser for and select your file, and then click Open.
- After the file uploads, it appears towards the bottom of the Attachments section.
- Repeat the steps above to attach other files, as needed.
- To remove an attachment, click the Remove ( X ) icon next to the file.
